What are the conditions for returning products?
Return requirements:
Proof of the purchase process (order number, invoice, date, merchant name, or method of performing the service).
The method of refunding the value of the product to the customer’s bank account within 15 days from the date of cancellation or return, and any additional information resulting from that (personal identification number as an example in the case of a cash refund).
Please contact customer service within 24 hours if you receive a damaged/incomplete item during the shipping process. In this case, all products will be returned in addition to the free gifts attached. If all products are not returned, the return will be rejected.
We will inspect the product to be returned. If it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in a manner convenient for you. A response will be made within a maximum period of 5 days from the receipt of the returned product by the competent team.
If during the inspection process it is found that the product to be returned is free of the reason stated in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
When can products be returned to your store name?
You can return products to Covers Plus within 7 days from the date they were delivered to you.
Note: You can use the return request online within only 7 days after receipt, and you can return a product before the end of 15 days after receipt by contacting customer service or by email.
After 15 days, we will no longer be able to accept returns. In this case, we advise you to contact the party responsible for product warranty if there is a product warranty.
How to send the product to your store name?
We will arrange an appointment to receive the product to be returned within 3 to 5 days of submitting the request. An attempt will be made to receive it from you twice on two different days. If we are unable to receive the product within the specified dates, we will cancel your return request.
How can I follow up on the status of an order return?
